is one of the highest sources of vitamin C, containing 1 to 3 grams
per 100 grams of fruit, 100 times more than oranges, and 10 times more
than guavas. This food is usually processed by juicing it and then dehydrating
the juice. This juice powder contains approximately 17-19% vitamin C. |
