Bee Products
Bee Products are very generous gifts from nature. It is important to choose all bee products (honey, pollen, royal jelly, and propolis) from conscious bee keepers, that protect and take special care of their bees. Bee Keeping is an interesting art and there are several books on the process. Most bee keepers lease out their hives for the pollinating of crops. Depending on what food crop is being pollinated, the honey from the hives can be collected and sold. Orange trees are the most popular pollenated crop for honey collection, and orange honey is a favorite for many.

It is very important to ingest fresh bee products. Make sure of their source, and purchase them when they are refrigerated, unless they are dehydrated. Keep them refrigerated after purchase.

A small percentage of people have an allergic reaction to bee pollen. If you have never tried this food before, take it in very small amounts and gradually increase consumption over time.
