Dulse

Dulse is
usually harvested off of the Atlantic Coastline. It is a deep red and
very palatable sea vegetable and a great addition to soups. In the flake
form it goes well as a food seasoning. Dulse is very high in Calcium
(567mg) and Iron (6.3mg) per 3oz serving. |
