Super Fruits - Pineapple

This raw or dehydrated fruit is high in the enzyme bromelin which helps to digest proteins. Pineapples contain vitamin A, B complex, vitamin C, folic acid, Potassium, Chlorine, Sodium, Phosphorus, Iodine, Calcium, Iron, and Manganese. Pineapple acts as an anti-inflammatory, is anti-bacterial, helps dissolve blood clots and is good for bone health because of the high manganese content.
