Red clover is a strong blood builder because of its high chlorophyll and mineral content. It has been used for cancer therapy for years. It has natural anti-bacterial properties. It is an alkaline forming food. Red clover taken as a tea is a relaxant and appetite suppressent. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, which can be helpful for arthritis.
