Reishi

This mushroom has been called "Elixir of Immortality" in China. It has been used there since at least the 3rd century to prevent heart disease, control high blood pressure, lower cholesterol, improve vitality, and boost the immune system. This mushroom also has anti-viral and anti-cancer properties. The reishi mushroom is also called the Ganoderma Mushroom.
