Shiitaki

These are most popular superfood mushroom in Japan, and have been popularized through the Macrobiotic diet. These mushrooms are light and delicious when added to salads, stir fries, or used to make soothing teas. Shiitake mushrooms have been used to promote vitality and have anti-tumor and anti-hypertension properties. They are also used for digestive problems.
