Wheat Sprouts

This superfood is rich in anti-oxidant enzymes, superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase which enhance immune system function. The wheat berry is sprouted in water for 3 days and dried at low heat to preserve and concentrate active enzymes.

Fresh wheat sprouts are very simple to make. Soak organic wheat berries overnight. In the morning strain off the water. For 3 days, add water and strain off. Then store the sprouts in the refrigerator. With a natural sweetner and soymilk they make a live breakfast cereal. All sprouts are superfoods, the are easy and economical to produce.
